I am a resident in one of their rentals. The staff seem to be okay, but the demeanor of management makes me regret signing a lease with them. Obviously money is more important than quality of life to this group. Homeowners beware.
I am a current tenant with Valdosta Sold Properties and I just had to write a review after seeing the most recent reviews posted. I am not sure if the tenants with the negative reviews just were having a bad day or maybe something not going their way. I can tell you that the staff at the office is always nice, they always speak to me when I go in and I have referred a few of my friends to the company. The company is very strict on late fees, but I understand why. The do give a grace period, but I work for a business and I know how important it is to enforce rules. I love how they respond sometimes within minutes of any service request and always have my issues resolved within a day or two. They do come out once a year to inspect the property but I really like that because they come out to help both me and the owner so it does not bother me at all. I have rented from a few companies in town and if I can give Valdosta Sold Properties 10 stars I would.
Victoria Copeland is a great agent. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. I had my house listed for sale with another company for 6 months with no offers or showings. She was very thorough and highly knowledgeable with both the buying and selling processes. Victoria is kind, caring and very professional. She absolutely takes care of you from start to finish. Inspectors and employees don't seem to know or care about what they're doing and basic human courtesies are beyond their understanding. Any attempt to get anything fixed or looked at is an impossibility and when someone eventually shows up, everything is always just "fine". Later on you'll find out it wasn't and now you're being charged for it. DO NOT work with these people. They seem to hire just about anyone with a middle school education and no one seems to give a rats a** as long as they make a buck. If I could give this a 0/5 I would have.
