Nathan was wonderful to work with as my fiancé and I went through the process of buying our new home! He was very friendly and honest, and really listened to our feedback about the houses that we looked at. We ended up with something we really love and we are so happy in our new home! We met Larry Mercer after seeing a home in Ray City that we were considering as an investment property...He was the listing agent. The home was under contract so we asked him if he would be willing to work with us on finding another in the Moody AFB area of Valdosta. Even though the homes we were looking at were all priced less than $120,000 and Larry wouldn't receive a huge commission from his time with us, you would have thought we were looking at half million dollar properties from the way he handled every potential home we looked at. He was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely hard working. He was with us personally all the way through the signing at the closing attorney's office and even took time the day after closing to help us locate the property corners at the home we purchased so that we could build a fence. Wish we could give more than 5 stars to Larry. And a note to the Herndon Company, don't let this guy retire!!
