The worse most inconsiderate lazy people I have every potentially resided under. They are incompetent of basic communication and lack of social decorum. They do not give adequate responses to people interested in properties. They are very mundane and matter a fact about a simple desk job as if they are doing you a favor. The worse property leasing place in Valdosta Georgia and I suggest NOBODY every go to sign a single lease there unless they want frustration and disappointment for such disgusting people.
I was just informed that the application fee is non refundable. Also the application fee can only be used for 30 days or you have to give them another $35 dollar application fee. So if your married you pay two application fees and even though you were not told there were other applicants ahead of you. They still keep your money. When we called about a property we were told the application fee was refundable. We were also told there were no other applications in. Yet after we pay the application fee 3 other people are ahead of us. This company needs to be more informative when possible renters call in. I would not of applied if I was told that there were 3 other applications already put in.
I overly love the staff at Lyons Property. They're all so very welcoming and nice. They're also very knowledgeable. Haley Stinson is who I've mainly dealt with the entire time of me applying and moving into my new home with my family and words can't describe how grateful I am for her. She was patient with me, although I'm sure I called her over a thousand times she was always excited to hear from me. If I could give them 100 stars I would. And I'll definitely recommend them to ANYONE!
I started renting from them early this year. Before I moved in, they made sure everything was ready and that I would have a nice looking place. Repainted and all. They are great to work with and I recommend them.
We have been landlords with Lyons Management for about 3 years, after a horrible experience with another property management company. They have been wonderful! They are thorough with prospective tenants and always direct deposit the rent promptly. No complaints from us! :)
