Coming from a recent college graduate, this realty company is the best in Valdosta. Whenever I needed something fixed, somebody was out there the next day. Everyone who works here is understanding and caring. They work with you!! Not to mention the house I rented from them was amazing. Great neighborhood, big space, and up to date appliances.Thank you for making my last year in Valdosta a memorable one!!
I couldn't ask for a better property management company to rent from. They are timely with repairs, always available when I call. Checking out keys was a breeze, no hassle at all. All the homes I viewed were clean and move in ready. I love them, I wouldn't want to rent fro anyone else in Valdosta.
Application process & fees were straight forward to me and my family. Our renting experience with Diamond Realty has been quite useful with an awesome location thanks to Heather !! If there are any repairs, they are immediate to correct the situation. Spending Time Outdoors Matters A LOT To Us!! We sure missed out on the spa shown in the pictures that the previous tenant had access to, which was removed due to structural damage before we actually moved in. We were So going to use it!! The chain fence still needs minor mending where the neighbor's wooden privacy portion has fallen onto it, but all in all it's feasible. The backyard is enormous for my lab, and she loves it very much. The kids enjoy playing games and sports while being outside. I really can not complain -- It has been a wonderful renting experience for me and my outdoor loving family!!
Had annual inspection in May and some problems were found. However the work order just got put in last week. Smh. It shouldn't take 5 months for a work order to be put in and for things to be fixed. If my rent was late(which it never is) there would have been a problem. They would have been calling and sending a letter as well as charging me a late fee after the 1st. With rent at almost $900 there shouldn't be a problem with fixing things asap. Then I was told it's the tenants responsibility to contact the contractor if they come out and leave a card in the door. First of all, call before you come, because people work during the day just like you and more than likely are not at home. The contractor came out in September and haven't heard from him since. Heather emailed last week and stated someone will be coming out last week, no call no show no nothing. Someone finally showed up this week and still is not done fixing problems.
I have never had a issue with Diamond Realty. They always treat me well and if I have a issue they always address it in a timely matter. They are all very great people!
