First Commercial REAL ESTATE , JOHN COURSON specifically, are SLUM LORDS. They post not quite clean homes, claim they will get it cleaned. They then take your money, make you sign a lease and then expect you to live in filfth, and claim they have "PROFESSIONALS" clean a home. THIS IS A LIE. PAID MONEY, home was not clean when i was given keys to move my furniture in, after 3 days of not being able to get keys after FIRST COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE received $1600.00 of my money. STAY AWAY!!! these homes are disgusting and WILL NOT BE CLEANED to living standards!!!! I moved my things right back out. MOLD EVERYWHERE AND UNDER CARPET!!!! DISGUSTING HOMES they try and rent....... BE AWARE!!!!!
