Winnie Dooley does not work there anymore (never experienced her). However, this company is by far THE BEST real estate agency in Valdosta. Jeff always helped me. If there was ever an issue with the house, the maintenance guys were there promptly to fix the problem. OUTSTANDING customer service. Fully recommend this agency.

After seeking housing following a break-in, I found a house managed by Cooper Reality for rent and was given a number to the realtor. The employee of Cooper Realty, Winnie Dooley, was rude and cruel to the most extreme degree. I called to inquire on some property we were ready to lease not knowing that she was on vacation. I was cursed out for calling her on vacation, even after sincerely apologizing for interrupting. She was relentless. No one should be spoken to the way she spoke to me. Avoid using Cooper reality at all costs.
