Scam artist!!!
Zale sold me our first wedding set for my wife. So I went back when I was looking for an anniversary gift.
I hate this place! They resized my ring in January and said it would be back in two weeks. I called at two weeks and was told they resized it wrong and had to send it back. So I called back a few days later only to be told it was sized right but THREE diamonds had fallen out during the resizing. I finally get it back and 4 months later ANOTHER diamond falls out. Call at the two week point AGAIN only to be told it didn't come back and pass the inspect so they sent it back again. Do not go to zales! worst place ever!!!
