Sold me a replacement watch band that dud not fit correctly which broke off and after trying to return it for 30 dollars I payed 2 days earlier, the OWNER would not reimburse me at all. I had frequented his shops and bought much jewelry so after hundreds of dollars spent he clearly does not care about his customers. He owns atleast 3 shops, 2 booths and one watch store, so stay away from all of them unless they are a major company like Kay jewellers. High recommend not visiting that mall for shoes, apparel, and jewellery. Stay away!
