Do not take anything here for repair. I had the back of an earring break on me, so I took it here. The people seemed very friendly, so I'll give them props for that, but when I got my earring back, it looked like someone had taken sandpaper to all of the finish. It was just a wearable, scratched up piece of metal by the time they returned it. It wasn't a stupendously expensive earring to begin with, but it held sentimental value. I would have been less offended if they had given me the finger to my face rather than charge me to ruin my earring.
I worked here for 4 years and I still shop here. Even though it's new staff they are always willing to help. If they don't have it they can most of the time find it and order it.
