I have had nothing but problems trying to get my initial and follow-up appointment. Contact the front desk and they said they will send it in the mail and that was over a month ago. I had an initial appointment in May but was unable to make it due to illness. So the Administrator Officer cancelled the follow--up also. I have attempted to call the female Administrator Office but no return calls were made from her desk, this was many months of attempts. I have also walked into the clinic to set up a new appointment but the Administrative Officer still has not look at my request per the front desk. I understand many vets use this clinic and wonder if any others are having issues. This is not the behavior I expected from professionals that are in a position to serve and take care of us VETS!

and the doctor was busy sitting at his desk watching this elderly man struggle and doing god knows what (surly not seeing us) that I then got up to help this elderly gentleman! OK, with all that said... This is a horrible facility to which I wouldn't even take an injured enemy!! My advice is to avoid this clinic at all costs!! We have been to many VA hospitals and clinics, this one is the worst yet!!!

Wait on hold is excessive...care is good but when Hank left the phones the phones are not answerrd quickly..Bring back Hank...

This is the first VAMC I was actually turned away for service... She basically told me they can't help me...

What the hell is it coming to when a disabled veteran can't get service cause somebody got personal issues...

This clinic is a farces. It exist to not to deny veterans private care but the clinic itself provides few if any services. Their service is very slow and usually just leads to getting a referral, to get help elsewhere, however a referral takes weeks.

Let me begin by saying that the ONE STAR is too much credit for this facility! My fiance and I arrived at approximately 1:20pm. He checked in to be seen for something very minor. When we arrived, there was one individual in front of us. While we waited and waited AND WAITED, three others came in BEHIND US, to which only one of them had an actual appointment. Out of those 3, not one of them would have been considered an emergency appointment or any more urgent than what we were there for! Needless to say all three were seen before my fiance, which by this time it was approximately 3:30pm. As we continued to wait for his name to be called, another person came in to be seen. And as you may have already guessed, this person went back as well at approximately 4:00. Please keep in mind this clinic closes at 4:30. Its now 4:12 and my fiance was just called back to be seen. Now to begin on the other issues at hand... We have a "security guard" that has been on her personal cell phone more than I have and has not looked up from her cell phone on the desk, not one time! She has been more worried about her makeup (applying it while sitting at the desk in the corner) than she has been about any possible instances occurring in the clinic. I, myself could describe each individual that has been or worked in this clinic, the same CAN NOT be said about this security guard. Now to one last rant I have... While waiting, there was an elderly gentleman wearing an oxygen tube and pulling along an oxygen tank, that came in for assistance on his paperwork. The office assisted this man in the back office. As he was coming back through the door, his tank got snagged on the heavy metal door. While trying to get himself and the tank through the door, he dropped his paperwork. Seeing that this gentleman was having issues and our SECURITY GUARD was too busy on her phone,

She saw that I am in the system but still gave a lame excuse not to serve me.
