I went to this store last Wed & was very disappointed with their customer service. I spent about 20 maybe even 30 minutes in there & not once did anyone ask me if i needed help. One girl w sparkly shoes was doing an older woman's make up. She walked past me a couple of times as i was swatching make up. She said excuse me as she passed me but didn't even say hi. It wasn't until i was about to check out that i was asked if i needed a basket. What bothers me is this isnt the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time that this has happened but this might be the longest that i was in there & it happened. :/ The one reason i went in there is because the items i wanted were sold out online. Otherwise i would have purchased it online. I don't understand why this store is like this. It isn't that big to where you can be overlooked. The employees sometimes walk right past you. I wish i was exaggerating but im not. I feel i have given this stores employees multiple chances to get it right. I still don't get it. Sadly i think if its something i can get from ulta, i wil just get it from there or order it from Sephora online.
