While visiting son, girlfriend & new grandbaby I got a pedicure at Nail Expression & Spa.
Always clean. Almost never waited. Staff needs to speak English in front of you. They also need to act like they are glad to see and service you. This attitude change just started...prior was good. Will still continue to go there. Ask for Esther. She's so friendly and interested in you.
I liked the set up of the facility, big windows are wonderful with natural light filtering in, attractive seat organization and Kevin did a great job! Next time I'm Valdosta I'll be heading over to ya! Thank You!!

Bad experience..! Been a regular customer but the service has been steadily declining..! Today was the worse.. this guy who did my daughters nails was such a rude and arrogant guy.. rushed through and did not polish her nails properly n did apply lotion n when I asked em just ignored n went on with it. Bad employees and very bad service.. do not recommend it at all
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! First my friend and I waited an hour and half to finally be seen on a Tuesday night. And then while doing my nails she sped through and bragged how fast she was (probably trying to leave since they were technically closed when they finally started on me). Then she made my finger bleed while cutting my cuticles. AND BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY DON'T HAVE CLEAN TOOLS I GOT A NASTY NAIL INFECTION!! My finger got red and puss starred oozing out of it. It was awful. At least they gave me money back. So if they infect your toe or finger with their nasty tools they don't clean know they will give you your money back.
I had a good experience this time. Kevin did my mani/ pedi & did a great job. The salon wasn't as busy & that might be why he didn't rush. Even after 3 wks the polish on my toes still looks great!
