Broken nails and chipped polish after 3 days... owner refused to fix. Save yourself the headache and go to Nails by Chris.
I came here over Spring Break for a gel manicure, and the service was terrible. Several customers came in before and after me and still weren't serviced while I was there. They were given a short wait time, given a seat, and then left there. The man that did my nails was sick and stopped several times while doing them to go to the back; his breaks totaled about 30-45 minutes, so I was in the salon for at least 2 1/2 hours. While he was actually working on my nails, he was a bit rough while removing the old polish, so much that the drill actually scratched his own finger and he started bleeding (another break). Both the overlay and polish that he applied were sloppy; they looked decent the first day, but after a few days (3-4), I noticed chipping and lifting. After 1 week, one of my nails actually broke. I've been getting gel manicures for about 1 year now, and never before have I needed to have my nails redone so soon. Not only did I have poor service, but the technician beside me was arguing with another customer about the way she was doing her nails; the customer requested one thing, but the technician insisted on something else for several minutes. I understand that the technicians are the professionals, but when being paid for a service, you dont carry on and argue with the customer in the manner that this technician did, especially since the customer remained polite the entire time. Overall, poor wait time, poor service, and bad experience.
TERRIBLE!! Absolutely useless!! The woman didn’t massage my legs at all she just rubbed lotion in and she wouldn’t file my toenails after me asking her to because she didn’t do it. I really only got a polish because that’s all they were good for. My daughter got acrylic nails and they were way to thick and she didn’t file her nails either. She asked her to file them and it made the lady mad. She also didn’t paint the WHOLE nail or the THICK tip!! I will not go back!!!
This salon is a rip off. I came in for a manicure/pedicaure and was extremely overpriced. The work is decent but not worth the prices they charge. I will not be coming back again nor would I recommend this salon to anyone.
Horrible. Today was my second time coming now for my eyebrows and my last.!!! I came two months ago for the first time and they came out bad, I got home and fixed them myself. Came back today to try with a different person so who only made them worse. I look like a Chinese cartoon. WTF IS THIS!??? I even had to tell the lady 3 times that They had no shape, make them thinner, I have no arch. And each time she just plugged out more hair. My end results are horribllleeeeeeee. STAY AWAY !
