Search somewhere else. To expensive, messed up my edge, and not even good quality.
If your not a brother forget it! I went in just to get a beard cut trimmed. Barely had to knock it down and line it up...charged me $15. I've never... Bet if I was brother ide of only paid $10 like they said when I sat down. Not a bad cut but they shootin prices.
This was literally the worst experience I have ever had in a professional business. For starters, I've had my hair relaxed/ straightened for years and I love it that way, but last week I decide I want to do something different. I ask for it to all be cut off. The Barber immediately insults my hair asking I would even want to ever have my hair done in that way and I try to ignore the comment. The manager then proceeds to come over and educate me on how he can tell I tried to texturize since he can see that it is straighten. IT'S NOT A SECRET MY HAIR WAS STRAIGHTENED!!! I tell him that I did not intend on texturizing it to achieve curls, I used a relaxer to purposefully straighten it. I don't know if he just isn't familiar with relaxers or not, but he continuously assumed I was an idiot and condescendingly asked me the same dumb question over again. "Is your hair naturally straight or did you try to use a texturizer? Because you left it in too long...that's why it's straight." I am alway very open to talk to new people but the two gentleman I dealt with that day were just very confrontational. After my haircut he charges my $20 for my basic haircut. As a 25 year old man also working in the hairstyling business, it was obvious that he exercised his freedom with pricing to compensate himself for his frustrations. I've been in customer service my whole life, so I don't necessarily believe that the customer is always right in the literal sense of the phrase, but I do believe that it is the employees job to not insult the customer, start arguments and just remain professional 100% of the time when in front of customers. I will NEVER visit this establiment again . Why should I when I can get a better haircut, better treatment and a more reasonable price anywhere else in this small town?
Terrible barbers on there phones, distracted, and terrible quality.Prices too high NEVER AGAIN!!
Went on a Friday afternoon (5:20) and didn't have to wait. Received quick professional service. Price kinda high but I don't mind paying for speed, quality, and good service.
