For my first visit, I requested to see Dr. Courson for a routine exam; however, by the time I visited, it turned out to they only scheduled me to see a registered nurse. Later, they told me my exam results were terrible. I had to go back and spent more money to do a further exam, only to find out the first exam was botched, and I have no health problem at all. Imagine the wasted money and emotion...
Dr. Courson is very friendly and knowledgable. She always makes sure I am comfortable and I never feel rushed with her. Also, the prices at Valdosta Women's Health Center are not bad at all :-)
In addition, they added a test in my first visit which was not covered by insurance, so I ended up paying out of pocket. On top of that, they could not told me why they even needed to do the extra test when I did not have any problem to begin with.
