I went to AppleCare yesterday. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, the office was nice and clean and the wait was short. Overall, a very good experience! (Except for being sick! Lol)
Aweful experience. Son 6 hurt is arm I called and told them we were 5 min down the road at 7:20. She said come on they would see him as they don't close before 7:30. We arrived at 7:25 to find the door locked. We knocked several times and finally when a girl came out she told us they close at 7:30. We explained that we had been at locked door and that we called. She informed us she didn't care that their clock now said it was past 7:30. It was 7:31 Because we had waited at the locked door 6 min. She let us know how much she didn't care. Will never ever be back and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Vanessa is GREAT!!!! My son was with his grandparents for the holidays and my mom took him to Apple Care. Vanessa even spoke with me on the phone since I was 300 + miles away. I would recommend everyone in Valdosta to use them. THANKS for making my Bryson feel better!!!!
Just a huge thank you to the staff for helping my daughter and taking the time to care for her and assure her comfort and make sure that I was 100% with aftercare. Best urgent care by far!
Mr. Hendrix is just amazing. Me, my husband, and my daughter have all seen him and have nothing but great things to say. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. I will be glad any time Moody Air Force Base refers me to AppleCare. Staff is friendly also, and the wait time is minimal.
