Always excellent
I was convinced by many that Griner’s office was the best pediatrics in town, so I decided to give them a try only to get disappointed. As a new mom to twin boys my FIRST impression was the clinic being over crowded. Once we finally were able to speak with Dr. Griner, it felt rushed and minimal concern. As a physician who has over 20+ years of experience in pediatrics, I personally would have appreciated a bit more of an interaction and less of a rushed feel. Communication goes a long way when dealing with patients and their families involved. My husband and I also, called the phone triage line to have some questions answered a few weeks after our first appointment due to my sons fussiness, apparently the nurse wrote our information down and told us we would get answers the following day being the latest. After not getting a call back the following day, we called again and they apologized for the inconvenience. I let it slide, another day went by and still no answer to our simple questions. Till this day, I have not heard anything from the Griner’s office. This is my personal experience and I do not recommend this office at all. If there is an unbalanced number between the physician and the amount of patients they have, please advise those new patients and recommend somewhere else, instead of causing a bad reputation.
If you don't mind seeing a nurse practitioner go here. However if you want to see a doctor go somewhere else. Dr. Griner is way too busy to spend adequate time with each patient. I felt completely rushed during the one visit I got with him after a 2 month wait!!! What made it even worse is he didn't even show sympathy for my daughters condition! He was in a rush to get to his "meeting". The office is very unorganized and do not respond in a timely manner. They even forgot to call in a prescription recently when my daughter had an ear infection. Such a disappointment.
We have been seeing Dr. Griner for 12yrs., 2 children and he is hands down the best Doctor we have ever dealt with. He has excellent bedside manners, can put your mind at ease when you think the worst might happen, and will give you his undivided attention. Can't say enough good things about him.
Theu constantly say we will find out and then call you back. They have NEVER called me back. Im about to switch doctors they SUCK.
