Dr. Anderson is a good doctor, and they are great in the event that you have a scheduled appointment (well visit). However, if your child needs to go for an unscheduled, sick visit, the wait time is terrible. First of all, they say you have to see whichever doctor is first available, which wouldn't be a problem if all of the doctors spoke understandable English. The one time my son had to see Dr. Gill, I couldn't understand a word he said. So every time after that, I always said I would wait to see Dr. Anderson or Christie Niehanke. On one of our last sick visits, my daughter and I were there in the waiting room for over 2 hours before they even called us back into a room. Once back in the room, we waited another 30 minutes. We have since switched pediatricians.
Long wait times, a relatively unfriendly staff and a doctor that is old as the hills, welcome to 'modern' Pediatrics. Oh, and they will push dozens of vaccinations on your child, very unsympathetic to your beliefs. Will probably change soon.
