Every time I come here, there is at least a 1-2 hour wait, even if you have an appointment. I have even been skipped, when I had an appointment. I am seen quicker when I go to a walkin clinic, which is extremely sad. When the dr does come in, he is always rushed. I'm done with this office.
It has its ups and downs sometimes Dr. alvarado and the other Female Doc (short curlyish hair tall) are so helpful theyve taken care of my son in the office and when hes been admitted to the ER . Now the wait is between 45- an hour or more even if you have an appointment (that's not including the wait time in the room) but let's face it everybody wants their child to be seen by Alvarado. It gets annoying sometimes but he's great at what he does. The office staff on the other hand at the front desk they don't want to be there and some people in the back. But to have such a great doctor comes with consequences. It would've been 5 stars but some of the women there need to be let go but oh well.
They are not busy right .This is the perfect time to go. Right before they close on Fridays . Everyone is in a great mood.
What wonderful staff! Sara helped us with our records and making sure we were able to get in all with sweet and pleasant demeanour. Melissa did our school tests. She was such an nice and wonderful person. I left feeling like we have been going there for years! Great job Sara and Melissa!
Very unprofessional, talking about patients in front of others,talking about patients info with the widow open LOUDLY......VIOLATION OF HIPPA!!! Front desk has a nasty attitude,I would never bring my child here!!!!
