I don't understand the callous and unprofessional way the associates here treated us when calling to inquire the delivery of my son's glasses. At his yearly exam, his new glasses could not be ordered due to the optometrist being out that day. We ended up having to take him on a return trip to order and by then he definitely needed them because his current glasses were broken. I was assured that we would receive a call when they arrived and they could take 4-6 weeks for delivery but not to worry because it is typically not that long. We are currently on week six because they were ordered on October 4, 2017. Upon calling the office today, for the 6th time, I was informed that they are in. There was no customer notification call, a lackluster apology from the telephone operator, Amanda and a blatant disregard over the fact that I announced that once I pick up his eyeglasses "I will never give my business to Mirate again!' So to answer the question posed to me during my hold time on the telephone today, no I will not be referring anyone that I know to the mirate eye center.
They charged me two times for one visit
Dr. Donald Mirate is the best eye car Dr. In the Valdosta area. I was seen in Oct 26 2017 @9:30am and couldn't be more happy....he cares about people and is very thorough....thanks Dr. Mirate !
