I want to commend this dealership for the work they do. This company helped me immediately when I was in a jam. I have a Lincoln MKX that started accelerating out of control. The local ford dealership couldn't take my car for two weeks. I drove into TMR, where the owner, Chris Fore, and his mechanic diagnosed it on the spot. I had a crack in my transmission line and absolutely no transmission fluid. They ordered the part, and put it back together by the next morning. I wasn't inconvenienced. The staff was super friendly and I want them to know I have never been treated so well. Thank you TMR. You rock!
They were very disorganized, unprofessional and rude. They weren't courteous enough to ask us into an office to talk business. The younger man yelled through a glass wall. The battery was dead in the car we were there to look at and they knew ahead of time that we were coming. And they gave an insanely low amount for my car.
Just want to say thanks to the crew at TMR... Very relaxed environment and comfortable place to buy a vehicle. They listened to me, understood what I wanted and helped me purchase a vehicle that suits my needs without high pressure. The fact that they can service my vehicle gave me extra confidence. I definitely recommend them and would buy from them again

It was okay for a few weeks, but by two months, I had to replace the battery, twice. Within three months, I had died on the road, twice. Every time I would bring it back to their mechanic and get no solution.
They saw us as good people, and used us just the same. And to think that they have the "you know what" to put a tracking device in your car, so if at any point you don't pay the car payment, they will repossess your car.
I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from TMR Auto Sales. Both times I have received great customer service and they were so friendly. Dusty and the whole TMR team have made my experience the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. They will treat you right!
Over the last two years I have had to replace the battery twice because battery acid was being sucked back in the line; I've changed the spark plugs, starter, and engine coils (twice). I've also had to replace the catalytic converter, the torque converter, and that is all after stalling on the road twice with my kids in the car. In repairs and part replacement, we have spent just under the overall amount we purchased the car for in the first place.
Can I give a "0" star? I wish that were possible. Please do not waste your time with this business. I traded in a perfectly good car, that I had for almost ten years. With the upcoming birth of our child, my husband and I felt it was necessary to get a bigger car. So we did, an Expedition.
