I am very satisfied with the quality of service and customer care I get at the Langdale Ford Service Department. Recently, my wiper motor went out and the service writer was able to work my car in to get it fixed quickly due to the inclement weather we were having. Thanks to the technicians, service writers and even the cashier who were all so friendly and made my experience pleasant. I would highly recommend Langdale Ford!

I did not buy a car from them, but if I had to buy a new car, this is where I would buy. I was looking at the F250s and F150s and Lance showed me everything on the lot. He even pulled the numbers and did a little math so I could see the bottom line on 3 different trucks. I ended up staying 30 minutes past closing time and never was rushed by anyone.
I've been shopping for a new vehicle for a while and finally made a purchase this week with the help of Brandy and Woody. They were very both very helpful, I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.
Had a great experience when buying a vehicle. Staff are friendly. You do have to keep an eye on the service department. They tend to say they do work, and charge for it, without having done it. They also tend to leave oil and grease smudges on the inside of the car. One of the times I had an oil change done, they left my brake pedal covered in oil, which I didn't discover until I went to leave, and my foot slipped off the brake pedal.
