Integrity is literally the last word I would use to describe this company. Do not ship with them.

After having to explain to them like 5-year-olds that it's not ok to not communicate and then give someone a last minute update like that, we got everything sorted out and scheduled a pickup for the next day at 5pm. I was headed to the airport at 6pm and flying out at 8:30. The DAY OF pickup and my flight, I received a call from them at 2pm saying their driver had tried calling me (which was a lie and I have the phone records to prove it) and that they had gone ahead and cancelled my pickup because he found someone else who would pay more to get on their truck.

going to get my car moved and am now inconveniencing my friends who are having to watch my car and be the ones prepared for pickup as I'm officially out of state.

I was quoted $412 for the shipment of my husband's vehicle. The day before it was suppossed to ship after I had signed the contract with them, they told me that it would be $575 instead of the amount originally quoted. The vehicle was supposed to be shipped on Friday. I was given the number to the trucker who was supposed to be shipping our vehicle. After I contacted this driver, he said that he was just a default name given and gave me a different name and telephone numbet to call. This person stated that he knew nothing of the pick up. I spent the entire weekend wondering what had happened to our vehicle only to be called the following Monday to tell me that they just found another person to transport our vehicle. That trucker actually called and told me that it would be an additional $100 to get the vehicle on the truck. This whole time Integrity auto transport was explaining it away as if they had did what they were supposed to do and said that even if I cancelled my order with them, I still wouldn't be able to get my $100 back that they collected for their services. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I placed an order to have my car shipped before moving across country to California. I was very clear with every person along the way about when I would be flying ou, this no longer available for pickup. After I placed my order they took my deposit and went ghost. I called every day for updates on when someone would be coming for my car and it wasn't until the day before I was set to leave that someone called me back saying they weren't able to secure what I was quoted and I could either cancel or pay at least $300 extra.

Do not ship with this company. They are inconsistent, untrustworthy and work with scammers.
