This is a great motel for a quick stop over. Friendly & clean. The first room we were given had a bad odor to it (like someone smoked in there ), I politely reported and the attendant switched our room. The coffee is bad, but it is very conveniently located so that's not a problem. I would stay again and recommend.
Very professional and courteous staff. They allowed my PTSD emotional support dogs (all 4) and voiced their concern for my daughter who was hospitalized. In all my experience was great at this location. I will always recommend and stay there while visiting Valdosta Georgia. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed.
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff friendly, the room quiet. The breakfast was basic. My only complaint was the a.c. had a musty smell.
We had to evacuate from southwestern Florida for Hurricane Irma. My sister was staying here on their way to Florida when they had to stop and go no further because of the hurricane. We were so lucky that she was able to extend her stay plus book us a room for a few nights. It is not the Hilton but our rooms were very clean with housekeeping taking care of all our needs. The staff at the front desk were very courteous after being bombarded with many evacuees. They were kind and considerate to all of us older folk who had to leave our homes. Never heard a cross word from anyone. Plus they were pet friendly which helped so many people who had to take their pets with the,. Thank you Super 8 for being there for us.
This hotel was clean and served its purpose to get some sleep. It seems like it is a little older and the room smelled a little musty. In all my years of traveling the musty smell on first floor units is common in southern Georgia so I did not think anything about it. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a free breakfast available but I can not speak for that since we decided to go to IHOP instead.
