Latoya is a great Costumer service, she made our night after a horrible experience at Days Inn. Room clean and comfy, good price.
It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. The sheets had a few rips in them so I looked at both of the beds they looked clean and no stains so I over looked it. However, we did find a pair of shoes and a corono bottle left in the room. So it got me wondering if they even cleaned it. The room didn't look dirty. When we found them it was late at night so we just went to bed. We just stayed one night. I did let the guy at the front fest know and we both agreed house keeping wasn't doing there job. Friendly staff.
They had bed bugs in two of our rooms and blood on the sheets in the room we were moved to. The only saving grace was the kind young lady at the counter (I think her name is Tanya). She handled the situation very quickly and professionally.
Rooms were very clean neat and well put together. They had extra complementary amenities for my children and I that I forgot to pack and a great breakfast I loved the waffles
I'm a once a week guest. Every single week there an issue with my room. No internet, dirty carpets, bugs etc. Cleaned my own room two weeks in a row because I am here for my job and no choice but to stay in this dump! Checked into a room twice that wasn't cleaned and told they had no where else...half the hotel is empty. I have this place!!!
