I'm happy that I got in contact with someone at least at this place I was kind of worried about me losing my permit because I moved to a different state later on of last year I'm I got my permit in Pennsylvania while staying with my pathetic father but I'm back in my hometown which is in Valdosta I'm glad that they can transfer my license so I don't have to worry about losing the permit
