We had to wait for like 1 hour 30 minutes with only one person in the line just for a birth certificate. Plus, we can't sign ANY papers to make it go any faster, which is totally stupid. I'm just like can it be any slower. They may not be able to print a certificate fast but they sure can sit there and talk. But... This one white chick was nice and took care of me and my moms
Remind you, I met a friend up here at the office at 8 a.m. as well.... She's already been seen and left.
Some of the staff is very rude an disrespectful. Very much so slow. Takes their time to even assist the next person lord knows they need a better staff.
Arrived here at 8 a.m. to reapply for SNAP benefits. After waiting for an hour and 40 minutes I stood in line to ask the lady at the check in window for an estimate of how much longer it would take..... She told me, "I don't know how long it will take".
Been here for over 2 hours and all I need is a immunization form for my child. They make you wait to see a nurse just to receive the form even if no shots are needed I would rate it lower but 1 star is the lowest you can rate I guess.
I proceed back down to my seat. Then a case worker opens the door and calls an individual up that came in an hour after me. "Excuse me sir," I asked "Could you give me an estimated time of how much longer this will take? Because she came after me"... He pointed to the lady at the window then shut the door.
Horrrrrriiiiblleeee Customer Service. What about some enthusiasm to actually help service people? It's not a good feeling to know that the check in clerk would rather sit at the window and gossip versus helping those in the lobby
I told the front desk lady I wanted hiv testing and a copy of my shot records for school. She gave me a number and I waited 45 mins. I got back to the back and apparently she had put me in for std testing. I was sent back up to the front to wait another hour...still pending...She also forgot to account for the fact that I was getting the documents for school and mischarged me.
