They lost my recertification while switching computer systems and closed my case saying I never recertified. I lost my benefits for the month of September because of this. Not knowing my case was closed I took my daughter to the dentist so now I have to find money to pay for that. While trying to get the situation resolved I was given 4 different supervisor names and numbers but none would answer and voicemail was full. Very bad experience with them. The only reason I give them a star at all is because of the lady who works the front desk. She goes above and beyond to help people. She does the work of 4 people by herself. And she does it with a smile and greeting for all of her clients. She deserves a big fat raise. She deals with people having melt downs and taking it out on her and still has a smile for the next person. GIVE THAT LADY A RAISE!!!!
I have had enough of dfacs.too nosy and disrespectful people.i care nothing for them.wanna take ur kids and then treat u think trash.well y'all dfacs people ain't on duty 24-7 gotta step out sometime but y'all can stay away from me and mines.y'all are no good.stay away from my house.
Lost all my paperwork, never prompt for phone appointments, communication wad horrible; I felt as though I should have been on payroll for the amount of knowledge I had to bestow on the operators. Even the case workers showed lack of motivation and integrity. I am a First time mom and I would advise that another mothers that have the ability to just go to Florida to receive care!
They don’t answer the phone. They don’t try to help you when you come in the office. The 1800 numer hangs up on you and the “case worker” doesn’t answer the phone or return phone calls or anything. America’s government assistance system sucks. I’ll be glad when I finish school so that I’ll never have to depend on this program ever again.
My sister in law had a mental break they took my nepwhews because of that they gave them to me and my wife and took them back because we asked for assist as far as day care and finacially me and my wife are 26 we have no kids.but irreguardless of the help which they wasnt gonna give we told them we would take them any way on the way to the hospital to pick up the baby they told us both kids had been placed into the states custody taking the decision out of our hands. Now its thanksgiving my nephew had a visit with his mom yesterday and took them from their foster parents and put them with another set of foster parent who wecant get in contact with dcf or for that matter the foster parents to talk to them on thanksgiving they have not called us my sis in law is mentally unstable she dont knw her left from her right tgey not telling her anything and if they are she not able to comprehend it we want the kids we are going through the home eval but they keep giving us the run around and we cant get in contact with anyone to see where are the kids....we are now looking to take legal action they make no sense
