I had problems with my tax exemption on my credit card. No one could help me through the problem, I had to leave the store without my purchase. Sad but customer service is non-existent at this store.

I love coming to Sam's club. I can really say their brand toilet paper and paper towels are the best ever. Strong and the packages last forever.
I never seem to find anything good. I can't see buying a membership if I hardly shop there. They probably do have some things at a great price but if you're not a member they have a 10% upcharge. I'm good.
