I was upset with the company but I went in and they gave me an apology but I still had to wait three days to get my money that was not supposed to be taken I owed 47.00 and they took 173.00 to me was not a good thing but after talking to them I still purchased something else but I pay more attention so there won't be no more mistake all That to say the product is great.

Was left diappointed I made an purchase on 11/15 and it was to be delivered on 11/19 but on the day of delivery I called to make sure what time delivery would be made the Manager Troy told me it will be there around 4:30 ok i waited never came at 5:30 he calls back and say sorry but we can't deliver cause your not in our service area really 4 days and u notice 30mins before closing I'm not in your service area. I'm very disappointed
I have been doing business with Buddy's for 8 years. I always pay for my items with the same as cash option. Anthony was the asst manager when I started dealing with the company. Anthony became the manager and we continued great business. Now they have a new staff and manager and the customer service is horrible. Except for Ashley and Haley, the store has horrible customer service and has conducted business in an intimidating manner. I am disappointed to say that after 8 years of business I will no longer do any business with Buddy's Valdosta. I would advise anyone else to do the same.
Buddy's in valdosta Georgia is an absolute mockery of what a business should be. I hope and pray no one goes there and has to deal with the things I have too. Save your money and go elsewhere. It is not worth the headache. But if you do decide to go there make sure you check all of your receipt and make sure the money you are paying is going where it is suppose to.
