They told my mom they would be at h3r house by 1pm and it's going 9pm and they still haven't gotten here and we are only about 45 minutes away.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I can accept them charging twice what their merchandise is worth, but they charged my mothers account TWICE after they picked up her washer and dryer. Now she is facing multiple overdraft charges on a fixed income. Shame on them for taking advantage of people who can't defend themselves!!!!!
