It was kinda nice today, a little busy but people were smiling and being nice. We was able to find a line and checked with the nicest cashier. Glad to see for a change they had more the 2 lines open.
I would give zero stars if possible. First of al the management of this particular store stinks. But the worst people are running and working in their Customer Service area. They truly look down on people. They are rude as can be. They act as if they are God and that the customers are just wasting their time. And did I mention rude? Oh and incompetent. their vendors won't even wait around for them to stop talking about their personal lives while they ignore the long lines and then are rude to you once you are at the counter. My mother is 89 years old and the customer service workers at this wal mart treated her like a second class citizen. Never will we shop at this location again! We are reaching out to corporate as well as the district manager. Not that anything will be done, but if you are smart, you will shop elsewhere!
The Optical staff is amazing! I can't recommend them enough. They really care and over and above to help you!
I received courteous service in the electronics department at this store, but the area was very poorly kept. Most of the computer displays were empty, and their inventory control really didn't seem to make any sense. They eventually found the product that I had found on their website, but would not sell it to me. Meanwhile the restroom at the front of the store was the filthiest I've seen in a very long time. It clearly had not been serviced all day long and had an awful smell.
Today my visit was quite pleasant. Everyone willing to help. Check out was also pleasant, I don't remember my cashier's name but she was so friendly.
