I love shopping here but some of their employees are very unprofessional. I had a bad experience with the area you go in to return or exchange online orders. The employee would make grunting noises and refused to return my items I purchased online. She stated she couldn't and then called the store manager over who told her she could.

Come on guys! You can do better specially at men department. It is been about a year somehow with the same selection. Shoes department is horrible.
