The store was very slow when I visited (around 6pm) and I shopped for about an hour. Nobody once greeted me or offered help. I do not like to be pestered while I shop, but I feel like I should at least be acknowledged.
Great staff and very clean store. They are always helpful and have everything to buy for every season. Only thing is they don't have many famous name branded clothes. Other than that , it's a great store.
The staff didn't ask for our rewards card before he rang us up, so when we tried to offer out, it was too late.
Always a good experience. Was a longer wait than usual at customer service but the girl was very apologetic.
This place always has great deals on clothes for the whole family. I love their clearance racks. Always visit when I come home from Chicago to see my mom!! Make sure to sign up for Khols Rewards!!
