I called back 26 days later as I have not heard back from them.
I called the next day and offered to pay the $60.00 for material.
That evening discussing the quoted repair of $250.00 for a vinyl repair, NOT leather my wife and I decided that was very expensive.
I was then told they would keep the $100.00.
I went in to ask about having a Leather cushion on our coach repaired.
I would not recommend anyone to go there they told me a price I paid and full and was told my seat would be ready in 2 days when I went back in 3 days seat was not done went back a week later seat still was not ready I told them I wanted my money back and it took 2 days to get my money back they didn’t have all the money and said I would have to wait until next Friday to get the other half I just took my seat and went to Stems Trim Shop and they had the seat ready in 4 hours thanks Mrs Ann
When I was asked about leaving a deposit to cover their 'material costs' of $60.00, I suggested charging my credit card $100.00.

they seemed reluctant at first.
I will post this everywhere I can think of as this is not the way to do business today.
The woman on the phone could not give me a firm answer.
