His 1-year old radiator, that was still under warranty through our local auto body shop, sprung a major leak last Tuesday when he was supposed to come back to Southern Alabama (luckily his gf was there and drove him home saving me the 7-hour round trip drive). I communicated with Judah via phone several times and he was super at keeping this mom-of-one calm and informed while managing to work out what the problem was. Your staff worked with our local auto body shop here to come up with and execute a plan to replace the radiator at no cost to us and got it running again. They lie to customers and keep seeing how much they can keep making your bill go up. They tried to tell me I was low on oil, and that it needed changing when I had personally changed it 3 or 4 days before and it was not low. Makes me wonder about everything else they told me. I will never go back and I hope no one else does either.
I love this place. Great customer service and very knowledgeable reps with a smile. It gets busy at times and the wait can be long but the job is Well done. I haven't had an issue nor complaint yet.
My boyfriend got two new tires and an alignment done and he didn’t make it even two hours away. He went to a Firestone near where he was at and the store said they can’t find him in the system and didn’t think this one was corporate. What type of scam are you scumbags running?
