Google fails to tell you this bank is inside Walmart.
Never usually get a bad experience with them.
This is the only bank I know that won't cash checks from their own bank! The lady said she couldn't cash the check because I didnt have an account with them even though the check was from SunTrust Bank
Everytime im here its 15 to 30 minute wait. Never seem to have enough help. Whats really going on SUNTRUST? You must not care about your customers!
This is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I had to wait 45 minutes just to speak with someone about a hold account. After waiting they told me my account is under review and they could not tell me why . They have my account hold for a full week. I have no access to my money , i have no way to pay my bills, pay daycare or put gas in car. I had to miss time from work to stay home with my child and they claim it's nothing they can do. Never will i ever bank with Suntrust again.
