Strongly considering transferring to a different bank. The new hours are terrible. Nobody that works for a living can get here before 4pm on a week day. 9am-4pm?!? What a joke! Must be nice
This bank fails to accommodate customer needs. I have been trying to get the hours for the holiday According to your telephone recording, because there appears to be no way to speak with a human, no changes have been made for the 4th of July. Lines at this place go out the doors on a Saturday. If your customers have that much need, open the drive thru and staff the entire teller line. Perhaps you might consider adding extra hours to Fridays. Please note, I do not, and would not, do business with your company but my landlord does. There have been few times in the last many years when the staffing at this facility has been equal to need. The drive thru, at lunchtime, has one teller. The parking lot is a fiasco. I have never waited 40 minutes in any other bank to deposit money. Look around. See all the people? They are your customers. Serve them!
This is by far the worst bank of america I have ever been to. The employees are always rude and the line is always out the door.
They are not very helpful and are rude. I would recommend using any other bank.They act as if you are bothering them when you ask them a question over the phone. Only reason they have one star is because I don't know how to get it off.
