I did my refinancing with Tara Purvis and Amerisbank and was amazed how easy and fast the process was. Tara kept me posted on all stages of the process and was right there at the closing to help answer and last minute questions.
Would appreciate it if someone would clean the keypad on the ATM machine. Looks nasty.
The people at the bank are nice but there were times where I would try and purchase items and I couldn't which was embarrassing because It would show that my money was available but still I couldn't use it and that was very frustrating to me.
My wife and I have been banking at Ameris for 10 years. We have never had a bad experience and customer courtesy is there number one policy. Their online banking is better than most we have experienced. It's always constantly being updated unlike many other Banks and credit unions. Their ATM is always up and working which for many people this is very important as many banks now have very limited hours. Their customer service is second to none and are always Pleasant to work with any of your banking needs. The only thing I wish they would improve would be to upgrade there a Pneumatic banking drive-thru system. They're an older diebold system and are hard to reach.
