Always clean. Customer service could be a little better for some of the women that work there. Been multiple times and seems the men always are more friendly than most of the women employee's.
It was nice and clean and the employees were very friendly especially the woman I the seafood dept. But she's super nice every time I go to public for my seafood.
Both stores in Valdosta are great. We really like their chicken and subs!
It's Publix...I'm not sure if I need to say anything else. Always friendly, always going the extra mile, always smiling and happy to serve you. It's a pleasure every time I go in there.
Prices on meats are beyond high!!! Ground beef at $5.99 lb! Chicken prices, shrimp, beef all outrageous. Deli never has fresh food, they are always out of food( fried chicken, mac and cheese)... not to mention you can't get anyone to help you!! One day I went in to get my sick mother some soup, went over grabbed a "small" soup bowl and was rang up for a large. I said, " wait that's a small container. The cashier then calls the manager over that marches over without saying a word to me goes over to the cups and said it was in the wrong place! I then said, "well that is where I got it and there are literally like 30 on there?" She then starts pulling them off one by one to see if I'm lying! Omg!! I said, " just give me the cup and forget it". She then starts to pour the soup from the larger bowl into the smaller one... I said, " you're kidding me, right?" Long story short, I paid the larger bowl price and walked out! Horrible customer service! Oh and if you drive through the parking lot close to closing, you'll see several employees supposedly gathering buggies. In actuality the are cursing and acting like wild children outside...even with the store manager watching!
