I will never in a million years take my Maltese back to get groomed. I went in to have her bathed and groomed. They told me she had mattes and would need to go short. I didn't realize this meant entire body shaved plus her ears shaved. She looks like a rat upon picking her up and she has been totally weirded out since. She has been groomed 10+ times in the past at a different pet salon and all have been pleasant experiences. This, however, was hands down the worst experience. On top of everything it was $15 more expensive than where I usually take her and it took 5 hours. Woof!

Went to petsmart last night....in all honesty was about to leave we had just gotten a new puppy and i got in there feeling like everything was for larger dogs...just as we were headed to the door we were gréeted by a worker named kathy i started explaining what i needed and kathy went out of her way to find my items helo me make other choices for other items and ended making me feel soo much better about my experience i left with every thing i needed and was extremely satsified ....kathy was a great help well informed and very pleasent. I ended up spending 160.00 in that store and that was with puppy training class kennel food toys treats and alot of needed knowledge. I reccommend kathy for anyone whos looking for help. She is a superb worker and thats hard to find in valdosta .
Was not expecting a four hour wait with an appointment, but we will just book less busy hours now. We booked a bath package with Brooke R at the Valdosta mall location and she was absolutely amazing and we will be booking her from now on!!!
