I called my order in,the manger at this location answered the phone. He had an attitude the whole time while taking my order,kept asking is that all!! When I got there to pick up my order the parking lot was packed!! It was pouring down rain so I waited in the drive thru which was wrapped around the building. I get to the window and told them I had a call in, which was told would be ready in 10 mins it wasn’t. Three people working one window, they tell me my total which I tell them wasn’t right I knew it was suppose to be more. When I get my ticket I looked and sure enough my order wasn’t complete, was missing things after I repeated the order three times while on the phone! I’m telling the girl this isn’t everything I ordered she gets an attitude and says I bagged it my self it’s all there no I don’t have everything I said!!! She gives me another plate which all my plates were wrong and the chicken fingers were suppose to be dipped,they were half dipped! They all had an attitude. While sitting at the window waiting getting it figured out the manager is standing at the front taking orders he is making hand potions behind the screen of the register like he’s getting an attitude and wanting the customer to hurry up and order!!! We won’t go back... I said I would never go back after the last time we went before this time we found hair in our chicken sandwhich order was messed up and this was an inside eat there order!!! Their food isn’t worth the cost of the plates! Rude service horrible food! I called corporate reported it all and still haven’t heard from anyone from this location!!
We both thought the sauce on our chicken sandwiches was way too spicy. I ordered original unaware of the heat. Not likely that we will go there again, but I know one of my sons love it!
This is probably the best place you could go for chicken. Even their salads are amazing. The zax sauce can go on literally everything. Their bread is buttered and toasted to perfection. They have a wonderful variety of flavors. And their seasoned fries are EVERYTHING!! As I mentioned before about their salads, they are freaking amazing and filling. You could get full eating just half a Cobb salad. Their chicken tenders are juicy and well breaded and seasoned. I hope they serve fried pickle chips soon. That would officially make them the greatest place to eat in Valdosta.
The man at the register was rude. It was my first time ever at a Zaxbys and I asked what the difference was between to types of chicken and he rolled his eyes. The food was ok, but the attitude kind of ruined it for me.
Great service nice and clean it's always a good experience visiting there!
