We waited over an hour for a pizza to be delivered to a diabetic. When it arrived, it was the wrong pizza. There was no grated cheese or crushed red pepper as requested and although the restaurant was notified immediately - NO compensation was offered and NO replacement pizza delivered. Format does not allow zero stars.
Dude has technique down! Thin crusty pizza that has to be folded like a true NY style. Not a lot of good pizza in valdosta. This should be the top of your list. Small chains like this need more recognition and understanding about delivery and quality control. Local startups have a hard time with the things the industry giants have down.
This place use to be great but is looking a little beaten and dirty now. Health score in the 70s too. Called about hosting a small luncheon the day before it was suppose to take place and they agreed. We showed up at their stated and posted opening time and someone just came up and posted a piece of paper on the door saying they were opening at noon that day with all of us standing outside. They didn't even have the courtesy to open the door and speak with us. This use to be a regular spot but they have gone downhill over the last several months. No more.
SAVE YOUR MONEY - DELIVERED WRONG PIZZA AND MADE NO CORRECTION. Outrageous!
Nice casual restraunt with a variety of Italian dishes! Usually playing the 80's and 90's music (very good family atmosphere). Serves imported and exported beers for the casual after work get together. I recommend give them a try.
Trivia is great. Never been disappointed. Service is great and they even offered me a military discount. I'll be back.
