Definitely one of the more enjoying atmospheric resturants along i-75 through valdosta.
I give this IHOP two huge thumbs up! Despite the overwhelming amount of customers before the sun was even up, because of the Irma evacuation in Florida, the workers handled themselves excellently. The cooks did a wonderful job with the food, and the waitress we had was so nice and patient. No matter who threw what at her, or whose job she had to cover before reinforcements arrived, or how much the manager called for her in the middle of her taking or delivering orders, she was on top of it. We would gladly return to this location anytime.
All food is cooked to order, so it may take some time to get your order, but each time we have visited, it is a fantastic dish & they keep checking on you to make sure everything is satisfying.
As always great food! Guess the manager was off when we were there. The lady that was playing manager pretty much let it go to her head and just so happened to be our server. She forgot to bring my friend her toast. Then took forever to bring it when we asked for it. Like really? How long does it take to make toast? If she would have performed her duties instead of standing around talking... But aside from the poor service from one waiter, still a good place and I'd go again...
Always a very pleasant atmosphere & music just loud enough to be able to hear your party's conversation, comfortably over the music.
I just ate IHOP today the food was very good! No complaints there. It was very busy. The service was absolutely awful. The waitress Danielle barely spoke two words to my boyfriend and I. All of our cups were empty as far as beverages and never once did she ask if we needed a refill. Never once did she ask if we needed anything. My boyfriend asked for ketchup and she brought us an empty ketchup bottle and said see if you can get some out of that. Said that was all they had. I watched all the other servers and they were quick on their feet and friendly and talking to their tables ours acted like she didn't want to be there nor was she friendly or ask what we needed or fill our drinks. I expect better from a restaurant that I just spent almost $30 at. For the service I give you 1 star!
First, they were out of Dr.Pepper. Then out of sprinkles for the kids cupcake pancake. It is my daughters birthday and she wanted birthday pancakes. Next, they forgot my nephews order. We asked for ketchup and the bottle the waitress brought was empty. My husband ordered red velvet pancakes and they had the wrong icing (they had vanilla rather than cream cheese) We order these anytime we visit an Ihop. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, but they came as a dessert. Literally after we finished eating they come out. Overall quality of food was not what as good as it could have been or what we’ve received from other IHOP’s. So an hour and a half later, we paid our full price bill and left.
I know sometimes that this place can be packed, but most often we come here, it is usually a minimal wait time to be seated. We are prompted asked about our drinks & they give you time to review the menu to choose your food choices.
