Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Food wasn't bad.
The food is good but they don't care about you after you give them your money when you are inside. They only seem to care about the drive thru. Not so good.
The restaurant was pretty neat and clean and the staff was polite while taking my order and money. But when I fixed my drink there wasn't any lids for medium cups. I went to the counter an asked the same lady, that took my order, if they had medium lids an she said yes. So I'm standing at soda machine waiting for her to bring out some lids. And I'm waiting for several minutes an then I see her back behind the counter just walking around, dazed & confused. I caught the manager going into the restroom an asked her for medium lids. She said they were out an just give me a large drink and lid. A sad day when it takes a manager to solve a minute situation like that. Never again. Hardees, at Northside Dr, Valdosta, GA
Food is good and order is very rarely given to me wrong. Drive through line moves at a reasonable pace
