We have been with Southern Self Storage and its predecessor for about 16 years. This has always been a good facility however since becoming Southern Self Storage it has become a great facility. It is always clean, the grounds are well landscaped and manicured and the office personnel are very knowledgeable and efficient. I have recommended this facility to several friends and will continue to do so.
I see you charged me to advertise selling my things, which I am not paying for. I have called repeatedly and gone to your facility to make payment and also had a message sent to the district manager. You cut my lock 8 days before you should have and I have until tomorrow to make payment! Someone needs to call me now!. I am not paying for you to cut my lock early nor am I paying for you to advertise to sell my things when I have been trying to get hold of you to make payment and have even come down to the office I am furious that someone went into my account this morning and added charges but never bothered to call me or respond to NUMEROUS attempts to contact you.
Greg, the property manager, saw my frustration of driving around all over Valdosta and calling multiple storage companies for a unit. He took all my information and gave me all the details and a quick break down on pricing and leasing rules. No sooner had I left that Greg called with awesome news-I got a unit! He waited for me last minute to come and sign for it. Greg was exceptionally accommodating! I will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean, safe, secure place to store you belongings.
