Great food at even greater price. Close the interstate and the Valdosta mall. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and the sweet tea is always sweet. The restaurant is very clean and crowd friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very peaceful and it smells great. I just wish I could get them to deliver.. lol
The restaurant itself was fairly clean. The accent lights were covered with dust drapes were stained that kind of stuff.
Overall not to bad. I would go back to this location for another visit...
Olive Garden is one of my go-to "staples" when I want a good consistent meal. However, I am done going here! On a recent trip I visited the location in Valdosta, GA after a long hot day of work and they would not serve me a beer because I have a temporary drivers license due to my recent relocation. I also have the piece of my old license that has my photo on it, so they can clearly see that it is legit. I am 38 years old and can't order a beer. Ridiculous! I will not be going back!
Host said the wait time was 10-15 minutes but on my way to the restroom noticed that half the restaurant was empty. I inquired again about wait time and was told there were not enough servers. Other than that service and server in the bar area were great. Food delicious. Peace!
Had a good experience, Sam (wears glasses) did an excellent job as our server. I had the cheese ravioli, not to impressed with the texture. I could tell it had set under a heating lamp for quite some time. Zuppa Toscana soup was delicious. Bread sticks were hot and tasty.
Beautiful location, but experience was awful. Extremely disappointed. When we first arrived, we noticed that there were not many people dining and the staff was standing around talking. Our food came out fairly quickly, but wasn't properly cooked when it came out. The noodles were hard and were sticking together. Our waitress seemed annoyed by us. She complained about how she does not like bringing salad out more than once for customers. Also, she said that the restaurant used to be fine dining and isn't anymore. We got charged for a drink that we didn't even get. Overall, bad experience and wouldn't recommend this place.
