Great hot subs! Cold subs leave a little to be desired, and the price could be cheaper. All and all not a bad place
This establishment lost the business of a loyal customer. When I asked them if they could provide a donation for a work function that was going to a good cause, they agreed to provide two $50 gift cards. After waiting and messaging them for weeks, I was given a gift certificate for a party tray that had been written in pen and was good for a few weeks. I did not take the certificate since it was not what was agreed upon. I feel as though the owner of this store does not care to help the community and is only focused on profits. I honestly rather them say no than waist my time waiting on them to give me something that was not agreed upon. When it is all said and done, there were other businesses who followed through with what they said with no hassle. I will not recommend this place to anyone due to there lack of effort or integrity.
We have ordered catered boxes of HOT SUBS from Jersey Mike's for over a year and it's been a few months since we made an order. I called like I normally do to put in an order for tomorrow and my order was taken with no problem. I received a call back from the NEW "general manager" 5 minutes later who very rudely informed me that they do not make hot subs for catering orders. I informed this new manager that I had been ordering this same item for the last year, at least 8 to 10 times. She told me she was the new manager and that was not what they did there. We spent hundreds of dollars in this place monthly but we will no longer be using this establishment due to the rudeness and lack of professionalism on the general manager's part. I would recommend being a little more courteous to paying customers, especially when they spend the kind of money we do.
