Pizza was good, but weird experience. I ordered a drink, pizza, cheesesticks, and dessert. When driver showed, she said someone had cancelled the sticks and dessert. Now...I didn't cancel and my parents didn't cancel...my nephew didn't even know we were ordering as far as I know. So, who cancelled? Did they screw up and just didn't want to admit? Is someone there mercurial and feeling like screwing with a customer? I pitched a fit and they were going to make a trip back to my house...claiming they'd already made it when they got the call. Something is very screwy in Pizza Hut land. Not funny.
I believe the establishment is under new management as the customer service has taken a major dip. Today when i arrived to pick up my food there were 4 employees, two being of some level of managerial duty. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge my presence. Yes all 4 knew i was there no one said welcome to PH we will be right with you..NOTHING! The manager who was standing in the door next to me proceeded to walk to back office where she had a little chit chat with what i assume was the shift leader when they were done they finally came up and said Sorry about your wait....i did not create a scene and didn't say anything about the situation. I just cant believe that employees would be looking me in the face and not say ANYTHING. Food was good though as usual.
Always ask for well done. They almost never get it well done. I made a special point to make sure they knew to make it well done so it was crispy. FAIL! Called and complained. Manager said it was well done and he knew it was cause he cut and boxed it. LIAR! Very rude. Insisted it was done right. 45 minute wait for them to get it right. This Pizza Hut is trash.

So I placed an order over the phone for pick-up and they said it would be ready in 20 min. I got there 30 min later only to wait a WHOLE damn hour and my food still wasn't ready. I got my money back and left and don't plan on returning. If you're a patient person with nothing to do then go for it!
Got my order ready in less then 15min but has weird smell
ETA: They brought me my desert and sticks. I gave them an extra star for that. I'd already told them not to bother. It's nice that they did and didn't make me pay again.
I normally only carryout, however, the one time I did get it delivered it took about 1.5 hours to get my boneless wings and pasta. But other than that it's great.
