Food was great, affordable and the service was wonderful
The owner of the store got my order wrong, could call it a communication error but I showed him the text message that said what I wanted and I verbally told him what I wanted after I paid for the meal to-go and it was prepared I saw that the order was completely wrong and said, No this isn't right and told him again what I wanted. He got angry and said that I would have to pay again and that I told him the order wrong. I was getting frustrated and said fine I'll pay again whatever I just want the right damn order and you don't have to be an *sshole about it. Then he said *uck you man get out of my store I don't want you here again. GET OUT OR ILL CALL THE COPS. Never go to this place of bull-s they are rude, I vulger and nasty to they're customers
Ive been a optimistic/ loyal customer of Hunan House since 2008 despite the negative reviews ive heard from others throughout the years in addition to the reviews posted but TODAY WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. I ordered teriyaki wing combo plates via delivery but instead I was sent plain chicken. I called back for them to fix my order his reply is that the chicken was cooked in teriyaki sauce which was a lie bc it taste like regular chicken. I asked him to send me a proper order of the chicken wings, he refused. He then informed me that I could either get a cup of sauce sent to me or a discount on my order of $3 dollars. So as a heads up to all that ive recommended to this restaurant to be advised.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The price are VERY different than online (idk if theyre trying to con people) they say they dont know what the size portions are you get what you get.
Horrible service. They gave me the wrong order and then wouldn't fix it. Do not waste your time or money here.
